Why does this  squirrel prefer  the bird seed more than the peanuts ?  Cute little bugger… He’s a thief just like the deer was last winter…

These pretty ladies were in my studio and it reminded me of how quickly time goes by . Seems like you just turn around and they are ready to go out into the world on their own.
 The smoke from the forest fires in our area of British Columbia have made it so our sunrises and sunsets are even more beautiful. The brilliant orange and red colors are amazing. The sunrise on the left is over Horse Lake. The sun setting on the right is at Valhalla Road.

Lilacs are one of the prettiest flowers. Early one morning I took a few shots of our lilacs. They are so fragrant. They remind me of my Mom. A little Chickadee was visiting the tree at the same time.
